What are the shipping options?
Currently we offer three shipping options for your order.
USPS Priority Mail (Shipping time on average 3 to 5 days)
For orders over $100 we are offering Free USPS Priority Shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information from the shipping carrier you selected upon checkout.
If you do not receive tracking information please reach out to us by email by filling out the form on this page, or you can give us a call at (877) 373-4073 ext. 1 and we will assist you with your order status.
When will I receive my order?
We process and ship orders during regular business days (Monday through Friday) we do not ship products out on the weekends.
For USPS Priority Mail, delivery times are typically 3 to 5 days to most states in the US.
For FedEX 2 Day, delivery times are within 2 days of the shipping date.
For FedEX Overnight, delivery times will be scheduled for the next day.
Note* Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, delivery times may take a little longer depending on the carrier.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If you placed your order and it has been longer than a 5 days without any shipping notification, please reach out to us by filling out the contact form on this page or give us a call at (877) 373-4073 ext. 1 and we will assist in getting your order to you.
If your order has been shipped, you will be provided tracking information from the carrier. In this event, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for further information.
If your order is lost or sent to the wrong address, please give us a call at (877) 373-4073 ext. 1.
What do I do if I received a defective order?

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you need to make changes to your order and your order has not been shipped yet, please reach out to us at (877) 373-4073 ext. 1 or by filling out the contact form on this page.
If your order has already been shipped we cannot modify the order that was placed. Please give us a call at (877) 373-4073 ext. 1 and we can discuss the options available for your order.
Where are you located?
We are a proud US based company with headquarters located in Beaufort, South Carolina. Our products are manufactured and distributed from our FDA Approved facility in Livonia, Michigan.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
We have developed a line of products that is created with the highest quality standards. This is why you will not find us in your local grocery or retail pharmacy supplement aisles. We have developed and continue to develop products that we believe are far superior to anything else you can purchase without a prescription and have often partnered with select physician’s offices to maintain these lofty standards.
